2. Description of Service TCS offers managed Virtual servers located in a state-of-the-art data center in the North East US. Our services include regular maintenance, vigilant monitoring, HIPAA compliance for medical providers, and a range of hosting solutions tailored to individual needs.

3. Payment Terms

  • All hosting plans are billed as described on our hosting page.
  • Payments are due monthly, based on the plan selected.
  • Late payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

4. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

  • TCS commits to maintaining optimal uptime for all hosted services.
  • Regular service and system uptime monitoring are conducted to ensure reliability.
  • Any potential issues are swiftly addressed by our dedicated technicians.

5. Acceptable Use

  • Users are prohibited from hosting illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
  • All code to be hosted on our servers must undergo a thorough review and receive formal approval before deployment.
  • Any misuse of resources or violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of services.

6. Data Security and Backup

  • TCS deploys advanced security measures to protect user data.
  • Regular backups are executed, with provisions for quick recovery in unexpected events.

7. Termination TCS reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for any user who violates these terms, with or without notice.

8. Changes to Terms TCS may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Users will be notified of any significant changes.

Limitation of Liability TCS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from (a) your use or inability to use our services; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

10. Governing Law These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TCS operates.
