Cancellation Policy - Consulting Services

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, leading to changes in plans. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to canceling engagements or appointments with Townsend Consulting Services.

  1. Notification:
    • Clients wishing to cancel an engagement or appointment must notify us in writing via email or through our official communication channels.
    • We request that clients provide as much notice as possible, with a minimum of 3 days notice recommended.
  2. Refunds:
    • For engagements canceled with more than 7 days notice, clients will receive a full refund of any fees paid in advance.
    • For cancellations made with less than 7 days but more than 3 days notice, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
    • Cancellations made with less than 3 days notice will not be eligible for a refund.
  3. Rescheduling:
    • Clients may opt to reschedule an engagement or appointment instead of canceling. We will make every effort to accommodate rescheduling requests, but availability is not guaranteed.
    • Rescheduling requests made with less than 3 days notice may incur an additional fee.
  4. No-Shows:
    • If a client fails to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice, it will be considered a "no-show."
    • No-shows are not eligible for a refund and may incur an additional fee for any resources or preparations made in anticipation of the appointment.
  5. Late Arrivals:
    • Clients arriving late for an appointment may have their session shortened to accommodate other scheduled appointments.
    • If a client is more than 30 minutes late without prior notice, the appointment may be considered a no-show.
  6. Our Right to Cancel:
    • We reserve the right to cancel an engagement or appointment due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. In such cases, clients will be notified as soon as possible and will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
  7. Changes to the Policy:
    • We reserve the right to modify this Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to our clients and will be effective immediately upon posting on our official channels.
